Katie Riecks (Hoekman, Class of 2010) was an assistant coach at the University of the Pacific for both the indoor and beach volleyball teams for 3 seasons. Prior to UOP, Katie served as an assistant with the Tarleton State's volleyball program. Katie played for the University of San Diego from 2010-2013. As a middle blocker, she helped the Toreros to three WCC Championships and four NCAA postseason appearances. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in history in 2014. She went on to receive her master's degree in liberal arts from TCU while she worked as a graduate assistant coach for the Horned Frogs.
